I’m interested on working with work@home. What now?

 

FAQ(Freelance)
  1. What kind of schedule does the work demand?
    Our freelance position has no specific schedule. You can work on your free time as long as you fulfill the quota.
  2. Who do I contact regarding my application status?
    You may send a message to your assigned coaches.
  3. How do I know if I passed or failed?
    An email confirmation will be sent to you once your application has been reviewed.
  4. What if I didn’t receive any email confirmation regarding the status of my application?
    First, check if the e-mail confirmation is in the spam folder of your e-mail account. If it is not, then contact your respective coaches.
  5. Do you entertain applicants on weekends?
    We process applications on Mondays to Fridays from 8am to 5pm only. You may, however, send in your application at any time of the week.
  6. If I failed to attend the scheduled orientation, am I still allowed to reschedule?
    Yes, simply communicate with your coaches regarding the rescheduling.
  7. Will we be required to undergo training onsite?
    Orientation, training, and other matters will be done online.
  8. What should I do, if I wish to discontinue being a freelancer?
    Simply send an email to joe@nms.ph with the subject line “Account Deactivation”. Your freelance account and credentials will be deactivated within the next 24 hours.
